The coordinator has not called me or answered my phone regarding boarding. They passed the boarding point and later I called them; then they said if you have any vehicle you can come there. It is terrible behaviour as in an unknown city they left a female passenger without connecting to her regarding the boarding point. I was waiting for them for 20 minutes at the boarding point.
