The seat could have been more comfortable to sit on, it's only meant for sleeping with attached pillow. Remove that attached pillow from the bed, it becomes difficult to sit with that at the back.

Passenger was not informed about the stop at Chiplun and was taken to the last stop at Ratnagiri. The passenger was travelling alone and was only 12 years old, hence the driver/attender was informed to assist the passenger, but he had gone to sleep. Although the driver had taken care of the child during the travel, he missed the stop and we had to go to Ratnagiri to pick him up.
