The bus is ok, but the time of arrival at the destination is too late. As per the schedule the arrival time is 11.45 am, but the actual arrival time is 2.45 pm. This is not at all accepted.

Very bad service. AC not working properly. Not stopping for the washroom. Staff behaviour is also not proper. Bus is also sometimes stinking. Please clear all these.

The bus staff treated the elderly person rudely while getting off at the point where the bus stopped in the middle of the highway, which was not acceptable for an 83-year-old person.
