Last night, when I asked the bus manager to stop the bus because I needed to use the washroom, he started behaving rudely with me. He pushed me two to three times, and when I confronted him and pointed out that his behaviour was unacceptable, he threatened me by saying, You will face consequences. There were three to four people with him, while I was travelling alone. Apart from that, they also refused to turn on the bus lights even when passengers requested them to.

There are not that many amenities and the bus was delayed by 3 hours. I missed my school that I had to attend today.

The charging point was not working properly. Upon informing the staff, they repeatedly said they couldn't fix it. The staff's behavior was very poor.
