5 hours late and there is no safety bed. It is not properly clean. Everything is bad. The worst experience ever. I will never travel in this bus again. Worst travel experience.

No hygiene was maintained. Seats were not cleaned and also they were dirty.

Very disappointing experience. The staff's behaviour was extremely unprofessional. I had one large bag and one small bag and politely requested that the luggage locker be opened to store my large bag. However, the staff member refused and asked me to keep it on my seat, despite the very limited seating space. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects very poor customer service.

Worst experience. They show wrong bus in images, but in reality, another bus comes to pick up, and the bus was in worst condition.
