2 hours late on pickup point and 6hrs late on drop point and forced to change bus in Jammu.

The service was disappointing due to significant delays. Boarding was delayed by 1.5–2 hours, and despite a scheduled drop-off at 9:00 am, we were still travelling at 11:30 am, with at least another hour remaining. Such delays cause considerable inconvenience. Please improve time management and ensure adherence to the promised schedule.

Overall, the journey was excellent and the service was great. However, I strongly suggest improving the designated meal stops. The current food halts lack proper hygiene and food quality, making it difficult to find anything appetising to eat. Partnering with cleaner, higher-standard restaurants would significantly enhance the travel experience.

Time was 7:30 PM and departure was 10:00 PM, very bad experience need to improve. Arrived 3 hours late at destination. Departure address was wrong. I had to pay XXXX to reach at departure from Kashmere Gate KFC point, very bad. I would not travel next time. Best operators.
