Yesterday I booked 4 seating seats from Gedham bus stop to Hyderabad. The bus timing is 8:30. At the boarding point, we were waiting till 6 pm at Gedham bus stop, but even at 11 o'clock the bus had not come. I continuously called the bus driver number and boarding point contact number, both were switched off. After 11 o'clock, the driver's mobile rang. He answered my call and said the bus already left 2 hours ago. What is this? It was very fraud, After I called on the agent number, he spoke very harshly and said you can book at Andhra Pradesh, so I will do anything. What is this?

It's totally bad bus Krishna Travel. If you book the bus, no washroom, no toilet, no food. Krishna Travel staff do everything; passengers do not do anything. Good thank you Krishna Travel. Nobody book Krishna Travel.

Pathetic experience today. My berth AC is not controllable; it is directly facing my head with full speed. Water is leaking from the rooftop. One of the worst experiences I have had.
