Golden Bus Booking

The journey was booked from Swargate to Dadar; however, we were dropped off at Sion Station, four stops before our intended destination. Despite paying the full fare, we were forced to get off early, and no alternative transportation or arrangements were provided to help us reach Dadar. Furthermore, the staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request that the matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Passengers who pay the full fare deserve proper service, professional treatment, and safe arrangements to reach their booked destination.

They shifted us to another bus mid journey.

Very bad service too late. Chandni Chowk to Wakad takes 1 hour. Reached Bandra at 12.15 pm. Takes 5 hours for Bandra. Very bad service.

In online near Sion station bus stop updated but asked to get down at Chunnabhati. Very very worst service.

The bus is not same and no contact from your agent.

They made us switch bus in between for Dadar.

The bus was cancelled and there was no official update about it. Just a phone call informed that the bus is cancelled, and when called back for confirmation, the phone was switched off.

Bus got delayed by more than an hour and the driver didn't call or inform.

Drover's phone number was not shared, the bus was showing delayed by 47 minutes for at least 25 mins. Couldn't cancel. I boarded another bus, whole money was wasted.

Though the driving was brilliant, it took a lot of time to reach the destination in spite of leaving Swargate 10 minutes early. Took too many stops till Ravet, left Ravet at 9:30.
