We were to reach at 10:50 but arrived at 1:30pm. Seat was also bouncing too much to have a restful sleep and AC was also not effective in morning hours. Overall terrible experiance as our plans all got delayed

I booked U1 seat and it's so uncomfortable and staff is not helping me with any enquiries and who design front seat and gate like that. Also seat and curtains were dirty and AC not cooling as well. Overall terrible and worst experience for the very first time.
