Horrible bus, broke down. The driver made us board a SETC seater bus. Reached 5 hrs late. Don't let the cheap prices fool you. Worst decision.

No live tracking. Poor hygiene. Not punctual. Had a horrible experience after this bus broke down. Waited for two hours for a backup. Backup bus was a local bus non AC seater. Pathetic service, traumatic experience.

Worst departure time is 8 am from Madurai. They took the bus at 8.50 am and stopped multiple times in between.

Bus was delayed, didn't stop for dinner, last minute boarding point change, bed spread was not clean, all this for a hiked price of 3350.
