Not maintained cleanliness. Bed bugs and cockroach are many. They need to sanitize and clean inside of the bus. Seats should be cleaned.

Rain water is coming inside the bus. The seat is wet, it's discomfort for sleeping. Other than that, it's ok.

Booked a seat in the morning at L5, but without informing me, the seat was changed without any confirmation. When asked, they said it's L4, not 5, but the actual ticket shows L5. They should have informed me during pick up, but they didn't. Not only me, but also one of my friends faced the same issue. This is a terrible experience, unable to get help. If asked via login page, it shows an OTP error even though it's correct. Many more issues to explain, but it's not good to tell. Apart from this, the journey was comfortable and the ride was excellent.
