The bus was so dirty. Unfortunately, my bed was the first one next to the toilet; it was stinking the whole time. I woke up sweating at night and realised the AC was off. I tried knocking on the door to the cab. The driver or the other attendant couldn’t hear me. The AC was off, the window glass was closed (obviously). It was so suffocating for 2-3 hours until another man came and yelled at the driver. Then they switched on the AC.

I booked a return ticket with the same bus operator and was allocated the exact same bus as the previous journey. The bedsheet hadn’t been washed or changed from before, so I was given the same dirty sheet again. It was filthy and smelled awful. I flagged this issue during my previous journey as well, but it seems neither the bus operator nor the team is doing their job properly.

Extremely rash driving, everything else was okay I got very sick because of the amount of jerks and one of us ended up falling down from the seat. Thankfully no one was injured but felt very unsafe.
