It's very humble bus staff, they came timely at the boarding point. But live tracking is not working; that's one to be resolved on your side. Otherwise, no more complaints.

The rest stops are unhygienic, and the bus stops only after every 5–6 hours. This was very inconvenient, especially for elderly passengers who struggle to wait that long to use the restroom. The stopping schedule was not appropriate for a long journey. Please arrange clean and hygienic restroom facilities and provide regular breaks at reasonable intervals for the comfort and well-being of all passengers, especially senior citizens. I request you to take this issue seriously and improve the rest-stop arrangements for future journeys.

The staff members there are extremely arrogant, and their behaviour towards passengers was unacceptable. Their way of treating customers was very poor and unprofessional. When we ask them to place our luggage at the designated boarding point, they fail to do so on time. Instead, they tell us that they will place it at the next boarding point. Then what are passengers supposed to do in the meantime. Are we expected to carry the luggage on our heads. This kind of irresponsible behaviour and lack of respect towards passengers was completely unacceptable. The staff should treat passengers with courtesy and take responsibility for handling their luggage properly.
