What are the IRCTC Train Ticket Booking Timings?
Online booking for general and non-Tatkal train tickets is available from 12:20 AM to 11:45 PM every day, including Sundays. For Tatkal tickets, booking opens at 10:00 AM for AC classes and 11:00 AM for non-AC classes, every day of the week.
Is ID proof required for all passengers on the e-ticket?
During online ticket booking, no valid ID proof is necessary. But, it's mandatory to carry one during the journey. The valid accepted IDs include PAN card, Aadhaar card, driving license, voter ID, passport, student ID, or bank passbook with the name and photo.
