Experience was worst. My old parents had booked the tickets from Delhi. They were told that they should come at Karnal Road instead of ISBT. When we said we booked from ISBT, they were told to come outside of ISBT.

There was a chewing gum stuck on the seat right in front of me. It was so unhygienic and unpleasant to look at. The seats should be properly cleaned and maintained before passengers are allowed to use them. Really disappointing.

Driver was so rude.

I have travelled with this bus quite a few times but this experience was the worst. I had booked my ticket online and I was allotted two seats in advance but on the journey day, both the seats were occupied. When I talked to the conductor regarding this, he very casually asked me and my mother to sit somewhere else on the empty seats, that too not together. What's the point of providing online booking facility when the booked seats are given to someone else? When we talked about this to the conductor, he replied rudely and acted as though we were in the wrong. In the end, after talking rudely, the conductor arranged two seats that were side by side for us. We were very disappointed by this and it should not have happened where our seats were not given to others in the first place. We expect a better and smooth experience next time.
