Wantedly they will cancel the bus if the ticket rate goes less than they expect. Last moment will end up without ticket.

Extremely rude behaviour from driver.

Pickup was 1 hour late. There were 3 breaks, each lasting 30 minutes. The bus was halted from 3 AM to 4 AM. Reached Madiwala drop at 10 AM. Better to change the drop timing from 7:30 AM to 10 AM. Unable to close AC vent at seat A1 Service has been terrible these days.

Bus delayed at on-boarding by 1 hr and dropped delayed by 2 hrs. This is not acceptable. Rest stop hygiene is good.

Overall it was fantastic. The only thing that could have been better is when late, just like you call to check if we are coming and reach boarding point on time. When bus is late, do inform and be honest with the reason.
