No blanket, no pillow, no curtain, no charging point. It is a very bad bus and agency.

The seat was not good and it was not clean. There was something like garbage on the seat and the smell was also there.

Bus condition is not well. It does not have shock absorbers. Cleanliness is good.

I had an overall excellent trip experience. The bus arrived on time for pickup and also ensured timely drop-off, which I really appreciated. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The bedsheets and blankets were not clean, which affected comfort during the journey. Additionally, the charging point at seat G was not working. I would recommend the operator to pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance of onboard facilities. With these improvements, the service can be even better.

Overall is good. Staff is also supportive. One point is that the bedsheets are not very clean. Due to maroon colour, it is not very visible but slightly smelly. Also, the rest stop toilets are not cleaned. Otherwise, the bus was on time and overall it was a good journey.
