Staff was good. Bus was on time. But bus condition is very poor. AC was not running.

Dirty bus should not travel in this bus. Never. It is like a lorry. Staff itself is chewing pan and smoking.

I found the cleanliness poor, with a change of buses after 10 km. Charging points did not work properly, and the AC was frequently turned off. The bus arrived late at 2 pm despite a 9 am schedule. Rest stops were bad, with a lack of facilities at a dhaba. Overall, the experience was poor due to poor management.
