Rash driving. Conductors give zero privacy, kept opening curtains in the dead middle of the night. Rest stop was very unhygienic. Reached my destination 4 hours late than what was told. Overall a horrible experience.

The bus travel was comfortable. Neat and clean. Good driving. Live tracking was great. But the places where they stop for restroom is very very bad. Pls improve. With that one correction, I would give a 5 rating.

My bag was stored in the under-bus luggage compartment, which is accessible only from outside. Upon reaching my destination, I found that the entire bag was soaking wet, and all the clothes inside were completely drenched. This caused damage to my belongings and was extremely disappointing. Luggage should be adequately protected from rain and water throughout the journey. Please take responsibility for the safety of passengers’ belongings and implement measures to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Drop off late by 2.5 hours. AC was off around 2am and had to go talk to the driver about it.

Very very late. The ticket showed we would reach at 10:00, but even at 1:00 pm the bus had not reached the drop. Unsatisfied.
