Bus did not stop at the designated Koyambedu bus stand because of rain and asked me to come to another point about XXXXX away. This was difficult for me. So I could not board the bus and had to make alternate arrangements to travel to my destination.

Really bad experience late for 1 hours to pick up late for more than 4 hours to drop and also the main thing there's hair in seat full of hair of past customer, very cheap behavior.

The bus communicated that it would reach the pickup point at 8. The revised pickup point did not have any shade and it was raining heavily. The bus operators were not picking up the phone between 8 and 9:50 pm, when finally they arrived. I had to stand there waiting for the bus, not knowing when it would come, completely drenched in rain. This is not what I would expect after paying XXXXX for a bus ticket. It was after 3.5 hours at around 2 am that I was able to move out of the wet clothes. I'm typing this feedback at 1:30 pm and I'm still 100 kms away from my drop point, where I was scheduled to reach at 10:30 am.

Staffs were polite, but there's no punctuality and hygiene. Bus was delayed for 6 hours, and the pillowcases were untidy. Such a worst experience ever. Few students who travelled couldn't catch up on time for their exams.
