Very Worst Travel Experience – Not Recommended! I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. The bus did not arrive on time, and my scheduled arrival time at Kumily was 8:15 AM. However, the bus dropped me at around 10:15 AM, causing a delay of nearly 2 hours. To make matters worse, the driver dropped us approximately 10 km before the Kumily bus stand. When we asked for an alternative arrangement, the driver explained that a lorry had broken down on the hill road. However, the bus operator failed to arrange any alternative transportation, such as an auto or car, to help passengers reach their destination. The driver’s attitude and lack of responsibility were extremely disappointing. Passengers should not be left stranded without proper assistance, regardless of the situation. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this bus service. The poor time management, lack of customer support, and irresponsible handling of the situation made this a terrible travel experience.

Pick up was delayed by 1 hour. Got the bus at 11.45 pm from Chennai and reached Nagercoil at 3 pm next day evening. Almost 14 hours travel. Ideally 2 drivers should be there for long route but only 1 driver was there. Very bad experience.

One of the worst bus journeys I have ever experienced. The bus was running 4 hours late, and I was still inside the bus, but the system already showed the trip as completed. This was completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was terrible, with a strong, unpleasant smell inside the bus and dirty, bad-smelling blankets. There were no proper rest stops, making the journey even more uncomfortable. This experience reflected a complete lack of passenger comfort, cleanliness, and punctuality. Responsibility should be taken instead of marking a trip as completed while passengers were still travelling. It was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service.

After telephonic complaints you people asking how is journey? Bus was cancelled.

Worst bus.

I was standing at my pickup point, but the driver asked me to come to another location even though there was no traffic. So, I walked more than 500m to board the bus. Sorry to say, this is very poor behaviour, and dropping was also delayed by 3 hours.

Worst experience ever. They didn't pick me. I was travelling alone and they didn't arrange a van. Please don't travel in that bus. I still haven't reached my home. The workers don't have manners or responsibility towards travellers.
