Very very very poor after 2hours pick from boarding time I waited for 2 hours no proper intimation for delay too no cleanliness no hygiene rest stop no comfort another person available in my booked place and I moved to uncomfortable place very irritating very bad travel in my journey life i never book here anymore not vetri travel it's very worst travel there is no zero rating so only given that one worst worst worst

Worst ever service. Bus did not come. Sent an incorrect driver number on the message and also on tracking. The person picking the driver mobile was harsh. One picked the office number. Other office numbers were switched off. No one called before or at the time of boarding. Tracking details on map showed bus on halt at different location at the time of boarding.

I am requesting everyone please do not travel on this bus because there was no assistant for the driver. Only one driver was carrying the entire trip. If you wanted to keep our luggage, he needed to come down and open the door and everything. The AC was working fine, but the bus was full of diesel or petrol smell, a complete foul smell. It was more suffocating, and the bus route was completely different. They were stopping every one hour. It was completely unsafe for the girl passengers or women, so please do not recommend this bus. I am requesting to please stop the service or ask them to correct the service.

Worst travel experience ever! The journey was delayed by 3 hours, there were no bed sheets provided, and the maintenance was extremely poor. The overall service was disappointing and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this service unless significant improvements are made.
