Around 35 minutes delayed pickup (~9:45 PM vs 9:10 PM) at Kovilpatti and reached (~7:50 AM vs 7:15 AM) with same delay at Thoraipakkam. After crossing Trichy, the bus route was via Vadlur, Cudalore, Pondicherry, Thiruporur (which I missed to notice initially), still they managed to maintain the promised travel duration hours despite the delay.

One of the worst buses for passengers, especially for women. They don't stop at the pickup point but ask us to come to another stop. The driver and attender are too rude if you ask questions. Please don't choose this bus. They provide food and water, but the driver and attender have the worst speaking attitude.
