Overall, I had a very good experience. The journey was comfortable, and the driving was excellent. The driver who drove us that day had very good behaviour and treated us in a friendly and respectful manner. However, the staff's behaviour was not good. Apart from that, the journey was comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff behaviour was good but the bus was delayed by 4 hours 30 minutes during the journey, which is a lot.

5 hours delay. The bus was about to reach Bengaluru at 6:15. Now it is 11:11 and I am still inside the bus. It is not because of any traffic; it is just because he was slow.

Bus was late right from the start of the ride. Kept halting and was almost five hours late. I would never ride this bus again.
