The first lower double seat was throwing hot air from the head side for some reason. Maybe it was engine heat but it was hot. Please look into it. This was my first time travelling by bus from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore with my 4-year-old. It was the festive season, our holiday was unplanned, train tickets were unavailable, and flight tickets were way too expensive. I checked the bus, toilets and other facilities before booking, and I was already satisfied. But the actual journey was even better than expected. The best part was the personal TV, which kept my little one engaged throughout the journey. I booked two sleeper berths for extra comfort and enough space for my child to move around and play. We carried our own food and a few essentials like bedsheets and pillow covers, although the ones provided by the bus were clean too. The hotels where the bus stopped for breaks also looked good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything from live tracking and bus information to bio breaks, punctuality and cleanliness was spot on. Travelling such a long distance with a little child could had been challenging, but the operator made it a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. Highly recommend the operator. I will definitely be booking my next trip with them soon. Note, we saw other people using the toilet frequently but we opted to get down at the public toilets instead as they were clean too.

Travel Date: 20 October 2026 Departure Time: 6:00 PM Bus Number: MH04 NB 2079 Pickup Point: Ganpatipule I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your bus staff during my journey on 20 October 2026 at 6:00 PM, on bus number MH04 NB 2079, from the Ganpatipule pickup point. If possible, I would not even give this service one star. When I boarded the bus, I found dirty clothes on my seat. Instead of ensuring that the seat was clean before passengers boarded, the assistant simply told me to keep the clothes aside. Is it not the staff's responsibility to check the seats and maintain cleanliness before allowing passengers to enter? When I requested that the reading light and charging point be switched on, the assistant rudely asked me, "Why don't you charge your phone at home?" This is an extremely disrespectful way to speak to a paying passenger. It is not the staff's job to lecture passengers about how they should manage their phones. After approximately half an hour, the charging point was switched on, but the staff refused to turn on the reading light and continued to keep the bright yellow exterior light on, which was disturbing. Later, when the bus reached somewhere near Pen, I noticed that the charging sockets had been switched off. When I asked the staff to switch them on again, the assistant told me that charging sockets are activated only after Panvel. When I questioned this rule, explaining that I had travelled on many buses and had never encountered such a restriction, he replied that they had made their own rules. The most disappointing part was not simply the unavailability of these facilities, but the assistant's rude attitude and unwillingness to communicate respectfully. Even if there are company policies regarding charging points or reading lights, passengers deserve a clear explanation delivered politely. I paid for this journey expecting basic facilities and professional treatment. Instead, I experienced poor service and disrespectful behaviour.
