Told passengers to get in another bus of the same brand and several passengers had to stand till Madi Wala. Very bad that we had to pay thousands for a seat or berth and had to stand for an hour.

Not providing half liter drinking water. It was there in the bus. Several travelers asked for water but they were not given any. There was no stop for food in the night. The bus started at 7 pm. They stopped only for washrooms. It is not up to standard.

Live tracking is not started majority of the times I travelled in this bus. once activated it is wrong also. last time bus was late by 1.45 hours and since staff response was not genuine, I need to wait at the bus stop for 2 hours. AC went not working properly. bus timings are not at all punctuality.
