Very poor service! The bus travelled continuously for 9 hours without a single restroom stop. Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The operator should ensure proper restroom breaks during long journeys.

Pick up cab driver and staff at Salem were very rude and spoke very badly. I booked for 7 pm bus, they arranged for pick up cab from Salem bus stand and I came exactly at 7 pm but pick up cab left without saying they would not wait even for one second past 7 pm. Also, the contact person at Salem side spoke rudely and said it was their head office policy that they would not wait even for one second and would leave even without the passenger. All the very best for your transport system for having such a wonderful policy and a wonderful staff at Salem point. Hope your company becomes the best one in the world.
