The journey was extremely disappointing. First of all, the AC was switched off for most of the journey, and despite repeated requests from passengers, there was no proper response. The timing was terrible, with an unnecessary stop for dinner after 1:00 am. I had booked the bus up to Siliguri, but at the time of boarding, I was informed that the bus would be changed at Kishanganj. However, they suddenly changed the plan and transferred passengers at Purnia to another local bus. The bus was supposed to reach Siliguri by 7:00 am, but I finally reached at 12:30 pm today, causing a delay of more than five hours. Overall, the service was extremely poor, with no proper communication, inadequate passenger support, and terrible time management. This was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. The operator should take responsibility and improve its service immediately.

They stopped the vehicle 50 km before Kishanganj, and told some passengers to go with another bus. They don't wake people who are sleeping. Then they said we don't know. We are not going.

driver behaviour is very bad , bus ran with a speed of 30 km due to clutch issue , never recommend this travels to anybody

Conductor Md Manzar did not receive the passenger at Araria bus stand. Did not call on mobile at the station. Another person was available in the seat. Mobile was not received in time. Poor staff behavior by the conductor.
