I had a very disappointing experience traveling with Krishna Rath. The AC was not working throughout the journey, making the trip extremely uncomfortable. The driver was driving at an unsafe speed, and the staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional. The bus was delayed by around 7 hours. The scheduled boarding time from Patna was 8:30 PM, but the bus departed only at 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, the bus broke down twice during the journey, causing even more delays and inconvenience. I repeatedly tried to contact customer support, but no one answered my calls. I even called all four operator numbers I had, yet not a single person responded. When the bus broke down, instead of helping the passengers, the staff argued with us and behaved aggressively. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend Krishna Rath to anyone. Please avoid traveling with this bus service if you value your time, comfort, and safety.

Worse. The bus condition was pathetic. Seats all broken. Departed 3 hours beyond departure time. Staff behaviour was pathetic. Please do not put these kinds of travel on your list. People will stop trusting you. Worse worse worse.

Staff are not good, I had a face seat issue. I booked sleeper but the driver and the conductor had already sold that seat.

Bus very dirty, seats are very damaged and not comfortable. AC is not working. Staff is not friendly. Nobody came to help.
