The curtains were stinking. The pillow cover and the blanket were dirty and stinking. Overall hygiene was a big time zero. Kindly get the vehicle sanitised and cleaned before 29th June.

The driver and staff are not concerned about passengers. They left me at my boarding point and did not pick up the call for about an hour. I had to chase them for 1 km to onboard myself.
