I had been traveling from Ranchi to Varanasi and vice versa, many times. I had traveled through a lot of buses like the other operators and almost everyone. But the operator was such a pathetic and bad experience of my journey ever. Its staff, illiterate, very rude and too bad that I could not explain here. They were ready to fight with anyone on small small things. They were very rude and unhelpful. Females especially, please avoid this bus. Such a bad experience of my life.
