Bus Conductor: The conductor was kind enough to wait for us when our cab got stuck and we were running late. We truly appreciate his understanding and helpful attitude! Most buses wouldn’t wait in such an emergency situation. – Driver: The driver was professional, but please slow down near road humps! We were seated at the back, and we were bouncing like crazy over every hump.  – Seat No. 22: The seat was broken, and I kept slipping out of position throughout the journey. The person sitting behind me had to bear the inconvenience too. Please get it repaired.  – Air Vent: The air vent was broken, and we were freezing like we were in Antarctica!  All of us had to stuff napkins into the vents just to block the freezing air. Please fix them. P.S. I am giving 5 stars ONLY because of the bus conductor’s kindness in waiting for us during an emergency. That gesture genuinely deserves appreciation. Otherwise, the condition of the seat and air vent definitely needs improvement.

Bus dropping time is 7:15 PM at Jodhpur, but bus reached at 8:15 PM. Due to this, I missed my train for further journey. When the bus is not reaching at the given time, why are you claiming dropping time at 7:15 PM? Highly disappointed trip.

Pick up location was changed without any prior information. Bus operator didn't even call for change of location before time due to which I had to catch the bus in a very short time at a different location via taxi which charged me ₹xxx. The experience was really very exhausting and extremely distressing for me and I'm very dissatisfied with the experience of this travel.
