Bus was late 2 hours and no hygiene in sleeper seat. Very poor service.

Very unhygienic.

Didn't get the booked seat. Was provided some other seat.

Wrost experiance.

Worst experience. Bus seat cushion was torn, hand rest was broken. Bus was overly delayed. It takes a long route around Delhi picking up external passengers. Also, it does not stop for food or washroom breaks. As a female, I faced major difficulty and zero hygiene. My drop was delayed by almost 1 hour 40 minutes. I will not recommend anyone to travel on this route.

Driver was very bad driving. Conductor does not properly care.

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor service and rude behavior of the bus staff during our journey from Salasar to Delhi. Despite having a confirmed booking, the bus operator deliberately picked up and accommodated a large number of local passengers along the way, making the bus extremely overcrowded and noisy. The staff behaved very rudely with the passengers and repeatedly spoke to them in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. The bus was supposed to drop us at Kashmere Gate, Delhi, as per the booking, but the driver later refused to go to Kashmere Gate and dropped us at Sarai Kale Khan instead. This caused considerable inconvenience to us, especially as I was travelling with a small baby. Furthermore, the AC was not functioning properly and the charging points in the bus were also not working. The driver also appeared to deliberately take the bus off its designated route in order to pick up more local passengers. Due to this, the journey became extremely uncomfortable, overcrowded, and stressful. The continuous noise and overcrowding caused significant difficulty for my family and my small baby. Overall, the journey was highly disappointing and completely different from the service that was expected at the time of booking. In view of the above, I requested to kindly look into this matter seriously and arrange for a refund of the amount paid by us, as the promised service was not provided. Appropriate action might also kindly be taken against the bus operator for such rude behavior and poor service.

Bus left us even the driver did not call us. We lost our seat worth XXXXX. Do not book this bus any more. Very bad service. They always try to loot.

Driver and other staff behaviour not good. Also, they provided a seater instead of a berth. After midnight, there was a bus change and all passengers were shifted to another bus. Horrible experience. Next time I will not prefer this travel.
