They don't give water bottles even though I am saying many times.

We were not picked up from the boarding point that was assigned to us. We were supposed to board the bus from Dehradun, but instead we were asked to come to Haridwar. No proper drinking water was provided on the bus. The only bottle provided was a XXXXX bottle, which is not sufficient for a 600 km journey. The charging socket was faulty—we had to hold the charger in place by hand for it to work. The seat light was also not working. This has been my worst travel experience. I request everyone to choose other travel services instead.
