Very very worst travels no response for drivers and cleaner are talking over to customer no responses and not proper timing pickup and drop nearly from Chennai night 1.55 to Coimbatore after reached at 12.15 but actually time is bus want to starts from Chennai tambaram at 11.00 and morning Coimbatore Peelamedu time is 6.45 time management is very worst travels is very very worest day and time for me i want to get completed and let You call also it will be better. I want correct solution for this big problem.

The pickup point time was delayed, and the bus did not stop nearby me. I was showing my hand for the bus to stop, but the bus driver did not communicate properly.

Except rest stop everything was excellent.

Overall experience was good; however, staff discouraged us from using the toilet. IMO, as a diabetic patient, I wanted to use it at least once, twice during the night, but staff said the bus was going to stop. He said the bus was going to stop; you can use it, but it took another half an hour to 45 minutes to stop. It really troubled me. I had to hold my urine for a long time. I actually booked the bus because of the toilet facility, but twice the cleaner told me not to use it. I really did not understand why it was.

Very much concerned about the punctuality delay for more than 2.5 hours. I am a regular customer of this SBM transport.

Bus was very late , which created lot of trouble for me.

Very good bus. AC temperature is excellent. Inside toilet also good.

Trip charges were hiked week before festival rush.
