My stop was Baroda Prestige, but they dropped me at Kapodra Patiya, which felt like cheating to me because the only reason to book this bus was that I wanted to be dropped close to my location. Otherwise, the bus was OK.

I needed to go Pune from Mumbai and had limited options for late night pickup. I saw this travels had poor rating but still opted. My worst choice that day. They delayed my pickup by 3 hrs. That too when I called them they told me. And so I asked for XXXXX then they accused me of taking female seat. Like no accountability. No regard for customers. Do not take this travels even if it is your dire need. P.S. I took some other travels and went to Pune. Did not even step on this bus.

one the best thing is staff behaviour and I want to say that you have to renovate entire bus look wise bus is looking old saw some damages that's why you have to repair it otherwise excellent journey
