My scheduled boarding point was Shahibug Ahmedabad, but the bus operator neither picked me up from there nor informed me. When I called them at my pickup time, the bus passed there ahead. When I spoke to the agency staff, they were extremely rude. I request you to take strict action against the bus agency.
