I previously booked a bigger bus with more leg space and the operator suddenly cancelled it 2 days prior to the journey date, so I needed to suddenly change my bus and book with this operator, and there was not enough leg space for me. I needed some explanation for the sudden cancellation of my previous booking, and also a compensation for the discomfort I bore with this travels.

During the journey, the bus and my seat were filled with water, making the travel conditions extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. I was unable to sleep throughout the night due to this issue. I need my refund and compensation.
