If bus gets delayed or changes boarding point, that should be informed at least 30 mins earlier. Or it will be very uncomfortable for passengers to move to other boarding point. Apart from that everything seems to be good.

I had a very bad experience travelling. The staff demanded XXXXX for my monitor and XXXXX for my CPU. After arguing with them, I finally had to pay an extra XXXXX. Even though I had booked a sleeper seat and was carrying my belongings with me, the staff did not listen to me. The bus also did not stop at the locations requested by passengers and stopped only at places chosen by the operator, causing inconvenience. The unexpected luggage charges and poor customer service made my journey very frustrating. Please confirm their luggage policies and bus stop locations before booking. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

I had booked from Tuni to Hyderabad. This type of worst bus I had never seen, worst service, seats were very dirty, smelling, staff behavior very rude, waste of the waste bus service.
