I was disappointed with the bus service. The bus stopped only at rest and food locations where there were very limited and poor-quality food options available. In addition, the bus conductor's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, the travel experience was not satisfactory, and I hope the company improves both its service quality and customer handling.

The bus was supposed to drop at 00:45 am but dropped around 02:00 am. Drop location was Hazaribagh bus stand but the bus dropped at bypass which is around 3 to 4 kms from the actual location outskirt of the town and at that point of time there is no transport available at the bypass and if an auto is available it charges ₹250 to ₹350. Very bad experience.

Ac was not working properly and they were stopping the bus for an hour to board the passenger irrespective of the bookings done previously.
