Bus started at right time. Kambal was available but not given Now Snacks and Water bottle are not given. Stops at Nunu Hotel for Dinner and at Barhi Toll Plaza for Urinal.Reached at 7.00AM at Gaya. Urinal stop(open space) was Ok for Males, but for Women, not Ok.

For Knowledge: Bus started at right time around 10.42PM. Kambal was available and was given to person who asked(not all), so Ok. Now Snacks and Water bottle are not given. Stops at Nunu Hotel for Dinner at around 12.30PM and just before Barhi Toll Plaza for open Urinal at around 4.30AM.Then also reached at time 6.00AM at Gaya. Urinal stop(open space) was Ok for Males, but for Women, not Ok. At Petrol Pump, Toll Plaza or elsewhere should stop. Staff behavior was Ok. Live Tracking was not there, but person through app can share live location to help other co passengers. Thanks.

I booked ticket for AC sleeper sheet at last moment they mentioned that today AC bus won't run for safety of my ticket I paid extra but I had to face this issue. driver who was driving in that bus he was running 1st time in that route so he drove badly for more investigation you could ask other passengers about my feedback.

I contacted the number provided by XXXXX, but no one responded properly. Moreover, the bus was non-ac, contrary to my booking. Therefore, I had to book another bus for my journey.
