Firstly, the pickup van service is not provided and I was asked to travel more than 10km to board the bus. Next, the bus which has arrived is some other travels bus which is not in proper condition for travel.

Worst travel experience ever. The bus was delayed by more than 2 hours with no proper updates or communication. Customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were unhelpful. The seats were dirty and unhygienic, making the entire journey very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this bus service to anyone. platform or take strict action to ensure they meet basic standards of punctuality, cleanliness, and customer service.

I booked seat U6, but I was given U7 instead. When I asked the staff, they said U6 had been allotted to a lady due to privacy concerns. However, I was never informed about this change. I don't understand how the seat I had already booked could be given to someone else without my consent. Because of this, I lost my privacy and couldn't sleep properly during the night. The timings were also poorly managed. I raised this issue with the staff, but they did not respond or provide any solution. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope such issues are handled better in the future.
