This is the worst experience I ever had because the bus came so late and didn't reach the destination point at the exact time. The driver's approach was very bad. They didn't pick up the phone call when we called.

The bus was very old, and my semi-sleeper seat lever was not working. Poor maintenance. Please improve the bus condition and passenger comfort.

My booking was last but one but I was assigned the last berth. The bus ran out of diesel on the way. Starting was delayed by 1 hour. Reached 3.5 hours late. The ticket was XXXXX while I was charged XXXXX. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever..11:45 night was my pickup point. Bus came at 1:25night..being a solo female it was terrible..8:30 was my reaching time. It's been 1pm i am still in the bus..no charging points are working. Worst experience ever.
