Absolutely horrible bus service! No rest stops, rash driving, delayed drop-off, and pathetic staff behaviour. One of the worst travel experiences ever. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable. Management must take strict action against the driver and staff. Passengers deserve safety and basic respect!

Very very bad. The bus condition is very bad and several places of roof is leaking. Not good for rainy season.
