the bus was extremely late - more than 1 hour late. live tracking was not at all working. but everything else was fine (the driving, seat comfort, ac, staff behaviour etc.)

We had a very comfortable and punctual travel experience. We sincerely thank the driver and the helper when we accidentally left our phone on the bus. They contacted us, guided us politely, and safely returned it to us.
