Driver did not stop for a toilet break when a lady passenger requested to stop at a restaurant on the highway. Very bad experience.

Please provide Volvo buses on this route. Not this bus staff, Some staff are deboarding passengers at Anand Rao Circle instead of Majestic Bus Stand, but I need to travel within Karnataka and it is easier to connect to other buses from Majestic. Please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. The air conditioner in my seat, L4, is not working properly.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. When I boarded, someone else was already occupying my seat, and I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for them to reach their destination before I could use my own seat. To make matters worse, I was given the same bedsheet that had been used by the previous passenger without it being properly cleaned or washed. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Passengers pay for a comfortable and hygienic journey, and this kind of service is extremely disappointing. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures that such incidents do not happen again.

Bus was late at pick up, but reached on time. Rest stop is good but restaurant quality is not up to minimum mark.

Bus did not come to the stop where I was supposed to take the bus at the suburban bus stop. The driver called and asked me to reach 6 km away from that bus stop within 10 minutes. How can I reach there? In the end, I had to suffer and catch another bus at night, between 10 and 11 pm.

Boarded the bus 10mins prior to the designated pickup time. Also it reached on time to the destination.

I found cockroach in my seat while sleeping. It fell down on me. Not so hygienic.

Bus came after 40 mins with that actually time is 11:20 but it came around 12:03 and also they went to suburban bus stand. They told us this is the last at Columbia Asia signal. Maybe it's not good for company. Everyone lost belief about your brand. Simple money and time waste. Lots of problems at bus. Yesterday we booked 3 tickets and all 3 seats filled with other passengers and they used our bed and blankets and all. When we went inside the bus we waited around 15 mins for getting our seat.

The journey was really good overall and the bus ride was smooth and comfortable. However, the only disappointing part was the pickup arrangement. My selected pickup point was inside Mysuru city, but I was asked to board the bus near Manipal Hospital, on the outskirts of the city. Although my booking time was 8:40 PM, I was asked to reach by 8:10 PM, so I had to rush and cut short my plans just to catch the bus on time. The frustrating part was that the bus finally started only at 9:15 PM after waiting for so long. If I had known this earlier, I could have spent that extra time shopping instead of rushing unnecessarily. Apart from this pickup timing issue.
