I didn't get the seat I had paid for. Instead, I had to share a double seat which was later changed to a single seat at the back of the bus.

Bus was 2 hours delay. Even though driver told me that bus will be delayed, I expected maximum delay of 30 mins but 2 hours is quite long. Plan the start time and boarding points accordingly.
