I had requested the driver to stop at my boarding/drop location, but he ignored my request and did not stop. This is a private travel service, not an RTC bus, so I expected better service. He was also driving at a very high speed throughout the journey. We reached from Bangalore to Kadapa around 3:00 AM, which felt unsafe. I was genuinely scared during the trip due to the rash driving. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure passenger safety and better customer service in the future.

During traveling, rain started and the bus also started leaking from windows and top of the bus. The seat I booked got wet and began to get a foul smell. The bus is in not good condition with heavy vibrations. Even other passengers also faced the problem while sleeping on beds due to water leaking on beds. Even APSRTC buses have better maintenance.
