We were just 2 minutes late, but the staff told us, “We are leaving. Please take another bus.” The way they spoke to us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Being late by just 2 minutes does not justify treating passengers so badly. Please take this issue seriously and appoint staff who are polite, professional, and respectful towards passengers. We expect better service and proper behaviour from your staff. Kindly take the necessary action.
