The bus did not go via the destined stop that is Majestic where I was supposed to get down. I was compelled to get down 5 kms away from Majestic.

At Palakkad stop, driver didn't check if passengers were available or not, he took the bus. After, I took another bus and got the GSM bus. It's horrible, first time I faced this incident and the driving was also rushed. I will never book this bus again. When I asked the driver why he didn't check if passengers got in or not, he said he blew the horn, which he didn't. I'll never choose this bus again.

Place where stopped for dinner was not good. The food order was taken after taking the orders of drivers and cleaners of the bus. I had to watch here and there to call them. Finally, someone came after 10 minutes while we were just three tables of customers in the entire restaurant.

I was at the pickup location as per the location which I selected for onboarding (Bodi bus stand), but just 10 minutes before, the driver called me and requested me to come to a different location which was not on the pickup list during booking. It is more than 1 km away from the actual pickup point, which was really disappointing.

don't try this bus. it's not a AC bus , poor maintenance, unpunctual, TA is 5.30am but reached 8am,due to this I lost my client.
