When bus arrived at Kozhikode, AC wasn't on and it was hot inside. There was a used half bottle of water in my berth. Chocolate wrapper on the sides and occasionally small cockroaches. Arrival time to Thiruvananthapuram was 5:30. We were in Cherthala around 5. The bus was stopping on and off saying there was a problem with the joint. No alternate arrangements were made until 10 am. Totally disappointed.

The bus did not stop at the boarding station and last station. The driver's behavior was too bad. Waste service in my life.
